2011 Spaghetti Feed

Oct 8, 2011 Colombia Banquet Hall lined up the tables flipped on the burners and ovens and strapped on the napkins for TCUSBC 2nd annual spaghetti feed and dessert auction.

This event helps in the support of our scholarship fund for the association. Not only is the food good but so is the cause.

This year's event help to raise $3,051.69 for our youth scholarships, it was great fun and a nice evening. Next year's event is still in the works, so check back in at a later date for all the details for the next spaghetti feed.

2011 Annual Meeting

April 21, 2011 VFW Post #18 played host to the Thurston County USBC annual meeting where the entire association came together to receive youth and adult awards achieved through the year and especially their respective city tournament awards.

It was also the site where we saw two of the associations long time board members retire from service and new members took their place. Thank you Betty Webley and Ed Alverson for all your years of service and expertise.

Election of the association delegates were held for the State and National annual meetings, congratulations to Sandy Clement and Marty Houser. We are looking forward to your newly acquired knowledge of rules and rules changes to help better our association.

The 2012 annual meeting will be held April 30 at the VFW Post 318. This is your opportunity to voice your opinions on how we are doing as your board and what changes you would like to see so we can better serve you as a member. Hope to see you all there.
