The tournament is limited to a maximum of 84 bowlers. All entrants must be members of the Thurston County USBC and the United States Bowling Congress. Non members may purchase an Associate USBC membership or pay a $5.00 participation fee at the tournament. Entrants must have bowled a minimum of 21 games in a TCUSBC League prior to December 31, 2013 or have bowled a minimum of 36 games in a TCUSBC League during the 2012-13 Season or reside in Thurston County, WA. Any prior participants, currently serving in active military duty are eligible as are all past champions.

Spaghetti Feed - November 2, 2013
Thurston County will hold its annual spaghetti dinner on Saturday, November 2, 2013 beginning at 3:00pm.
The festivities will be held at the Columbian Hall in Lacey. In addition to great food and fun, a silent auction will be held - items such as homemade deserts, crochet afghans, holiday wreath from Hiawatha Evergreens and more will be offered.
Tickets at $10 each and may be purchased at Aztec, Tumwater, or Westside Lanes.

Today, the bowling community lost a long time friend - Betty Webley. Ms. Webley will be sorely missed by her friends both in the bowling community and her travel mates.

Youth Match Games
The 2013 Thurston County Youth Match Games was held this past weekend with each participant bowling 9 games on Saturday (three games each center Aztec, Tumwater, and Westside) and finals on Sunday at Tumwater Lanes.
A total of 16 youth participated, 7 girls and 9 boys.
Leading qualifying on Saturday were Cortnie Brathovd and Caleb Hathaway.
The winners were Brooke Collins and Caleb Hathaway. Each will receive a plaque and $80 in scholarship.
Second place were Alexandra Putzier and Michael Webster, each receiving $60.
Third place were Bernadine Dale and Richard Sigmond, winning $50 each.

BINGO! Update
Saturday, February 16, the 4th annual Bingo for the Cure was celebrated at the Columbian Hall in Lacey.
This year the event will benefit ALL types of cancer. The bingo participants raised over $4,400 dollars which will be split between 11 different cancer research.
Community businesses, as well as many individuals donated goods and services to be auctioned, as well as the bingo prizes.
This is a fun and special event. Come on out and enjoy next ...

2013 City Tournament Entry Info
Entries are available for the 2013 TCUSBC City Championship Tournaments (women and open) at Aztec, Tumwater, and Westside Lanes.
The Tournaments will be held the weekend of February 2 - 3 and February 9 - 10. All events will be held at Aztec Lanes.
Entries close at midnight, January 29, 2013.
